According to the listing, this home was built by mid century modern architect, Richard Dorman, AIA, who was born in LA in 1922 and recently passed away in April 2010. He designed numerous buildings as well as private residences. He was also featured in a Life magazine story titled "The Take Over Generation" in 1962.
