2 Bed/2 Baths on 1,600 sqft on a total lot size of 0.38 acres built in 1966 Sherman Oaks with an asking price of $899,000. There are several of these homes on this street designed by the renowned architect Richard Neutra with William Beckett and are known as the Stone-Fisher Speculative Platform houses. In addition to this home, Neutra has designed numerous homes in the SFV (as well as the world) discussed on this blog with one of his most notable being demolished in the 70's which was the Josef Von Sternberg house in Northridge. A similar one last sold on September 3, 2010 for $920,000 at 3737 Oakfield Drive which has 24 pictures in the listing.
